We spent the afternoon today wondering around Red Square, Moscow and visiting the famous Cathedral of St Basils (you’ll know it when you see it). However I am pretty gutted. On Red Square is the Lenin Mousaleum. This is where the embalmed body of Vladimir Lenin lies in state for the public to view. Today it should have been open…it was closed!!! The opportunity to see the man who changed the course of history was a tantilising one. Maybe later in the week…
